You have 14 days from receipt to return an item to us.

- Item unused, in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number)
- Prior request by email to wbzz613@gmail.com
Procedure
- Contact us to obtain the return instructions.
- Ship the item to: 48 rue sainte genevieve, 68100 Mulhouse, France.
- After receipt and inspection, the refund is issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
